Begin your week with mindful vinyasa yoga in the living room of the Van Vleck House overlooking the courtyard garden. Taking inspiration from the magnificent natural beauty around us, we flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. This class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis. Bring your own mat. Instructor: Jennifer Hondru-Celestin

Single class: $20 Friends/$24 others per class
Winter or Early Spring Series pass (all 8 classes): $135 Friends/$170 others
Late Spring Series Pass (all 4 classes): $70 Friends/$85 others (Late Spring session only)

Join us for Tai Chi in the living room of the Van Vleck House. Tai Chi is a centuries-old
internal Chinese martial art practiced in a meditative, slow, gentle, and graceful
sequence of movements that has been shown to enhance health, relaxation, and self
cultivation and is practiced by millions worldwide. Tai Chi may be adapted to suit nearly anyone, regardless of physical condition. Instructor: Miriam Moran Shankman

1–class: $20 Friends/$24 Others
Session Pass(4 classes): $70 Friends/$85 Others (Jan., Feb, April, May Sessions)
*Session Pass(5 classes): $85 Friends/$105 Others (March and June Sessions)
