The May 6th class is FULL!
Spend a peaceful evening in the garden taking inspiration from the magnificent natural beauty around us as we flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. This class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis. Please note mats will be spaced at least 6 feet apart, and participants required to practice social distancing and wear a mask at all times except while practicing on your mat. In case of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled and participants will be notified.
Registration is required by the Tuesday before class. We will not be able to accommodate any drop-ins.
