Set a mindful tone for your whole week by starting Mondays off with vinyasa yoga in the Van Vleck living room. Drawing inspiration from the beautiful and serene Van Vleck gardens just outside the window, students will flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. All levels, from beginner to experienced yogis, are welcome. Bring your own mat. Registration required. Class size is limited. Namaste.
