Begin your week with mindful vinyasa yoga in the Van Vleck living room or in the comfort of your own home. We flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. This class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis. Registration required by the Friday before the class. Masks required. Please bring your own yoga mat and props.
