Opera Theatre of Montclair will present its fun, family-friendly, shortened version of Mozart’s classic opera, THE MAGIC FLUTE, in a new program entitled “Opera in the Garden” to be presented on the back lawn at the renowned Van Vleck House & Gardens on Thursday, July 27, 2017, 7 PM.

Inspire your child’s inner creative writer! Come explore the gardens at Van Vleck and learn how to create a nature journal. Children will draw and write in their own journal (journals and supplies included in registration fee). Read more
Come to Van Vleck and visit our Education Center anytime between 10 am to 1:00 pm. An environmental educator will discuss various topics relating to nature in and around the gardens. A simple craft will be offered, as well as supplies for a self-guided activity on the property. Everything you need to enjoy quality time with your family is here. Activities are designed for children ages 4 and up; however, all are welcome. All children must be supervised by an adult. Rain or shine.
